SOUTHERN PINES, NC – The Moore County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors announced at it will be holding a Lunchinar on March 9 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. The program presenter will be Anissa Freeman Starnes, Regional Development Director with Constant Contact. This program is $12.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members. Pre-registration and payment is required. This program is presented in partnership with Four Oaks Bank and Trust, Quail Haven Village and Robbins, May & Rich.
“The Chamber is very pleased to be able to offer an international company representative with their caliber to make this presentation,” stated Patrick Coughlin, President and CEO of the Chamber. According to Coughlin, “The Chamber is thrilled to be able to provide programming for the business community that assists them with their marketing skills.”
Anissa Starnes brings 18 years of experience in small business and nonprofit management, marketing and sponsorship management to her role at Constant Contact. Starnes, a native North Carolinian, has had an extensive career as an advocate for business interests, including senior positions with several chambers of commerce. She has served as Vice President of the Charlotte Chamber, Senior Vice President of the York County Regional Chamber in South Carolina and most recently President and CEO of the Burke County Chamber of Commerce in Western North Carolina. Her ability to offer expert council to local small businesses and non-profits is based on her work with the chambers as well as her personal success in running a successful consulting firm, Chamber Concepts, Inc. and her experience as the Chief Executive Officer of a very successful international non-profit organization, Girls on the Run. Starnes is passionate about small business success and is a valuable resource to North and South Carolina area businesses and organizations.
