Driver’s License and License Plates |

New residents must obtain a North Carolina drivers license within 30 days of becoming a North Carolina resident. You must bring proof of mileage, name of liability insurance company and policy number as well as your previous certificate of title. Your license may be obtained from the Driver’s License Division of the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, located at 521 S. Sandhills Blvd (U.S.1 North) in Aberdeen.
