ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Since 1989, MCLI has developed nearly 700 leaders across Moore County. A program of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, MCLI brings together rising and established leaders for 10 months of hands-on community exploration, leadership development, and professional connection.

LEAD-OFF
After every session, participants lead a 5–10 minute Q&A with the speaker. You bring the questions. They bring the answers.
HOW TO APPLY
- Complete the MCLI Application
- Submit two letters of recommendation, cover letter, short essay & bio, and professional headshot
- Include signed Employer Agreement
- Pay the $25 application fee
